The intent of the magazine is to help promote the
sale of Antique Properties and products and services directly
related to them. Antique Homes® accepts
real estate advertising for older, antique and historic properties.
We define older, antique and historic as those properties with
local or national significance, or those with significant architectural
integrity of a recognized style or subtype, or those with the
potential for restoration or preservation. The range includes
18th, 19th and early 20th century styles including Colonial revival
and Craftsman style architecture.
Antique Homes® reserves the right
to edit all copy to conform to style and length. All advertising
is subject to the approval of the publisher.
Antique Homes® will not be required
to accept cancellations and copy changes after the deadline
dates shown in the rate card. We cannot accept responsibility
for copy changes made after deadline.
Antique Homes® accepts liability for
errors in type we set, that materially affect the use and intent
of the ad, only to the actual value of space occupied by the error,
or at our option, repeat publication of the ad with corrections.
All first time advertisers must prepay for their ads. All contract
rates are based on 50% prepayment and balance due at mid contract.
Established accounts will be placed on a 20-day billing cycle.
Overdue accounts will be charged interest of 1-1/2% interest per
month on the outstanding balance.
In the event you are unable to fulfill a contract, we will bill
your advertising at the open rate.
Rates are subject to change.
Photo Returns
In order to give you the best possible reproduction we'll be archiving
your original photographs at our office. PLEASE BE SURE TO SPECIFY
at the
time of your order if you will need your photos returned and enclose
a stamped, self-addressed envelope for the purpose.
