World Wide Web Advertising Policy
Advertising on the web is simple, affordable and effective.
All advertising in our primary Antique Homes®
print magazine area (CT, MA, RI, NH, ME, VT) will be placed on
our web site in combination with magazine ads at no additional
cost. You will be charged a $20 service fee for any changes
made to your web listing other than price change. All ads submitted
manually (other than electronically) will be charged a processing
fee of $20.
It is the responsibility of the advertiser to notify us upon
the change of availability or sale of any property posted to the
web. You are also responsible for notifying us of any non-working
links to your site or e-mail.
Example of a web listing
Rates
 Advertisers
may elect to place their ad on the web site only.
The
rate for the real estate directory advertising is $100
for a two-month period from the posting date.
The
rate to place an ad for a six-month period is $250.
For
our print advertisers, early web ads may also be submitted, which
will remain posted until the next print cycle begins, for a fee
of $53.
Extended Listing
An extended listing begins when a consumer selects your property though a
search of our site.
A link to up to six additional photos with descriptive text of the interior
and grounds will be displayed along with added descriptive information.
Links
to your e-mail and web sites will be provided.
The
rate for an extended listing is $200 for a two month period
from the posting date.
The
rate for a six-month extended listing is $500.
 Submit
a property
Feature Property Section
Your property can be placed on our Home page with a link to an extended
listing (up to six interior and exterior photos with descriptive copy, and
links to your e-mail and web site.) This unique position will generate lots
of interest from this attention grabbing position.
Your
property will appear for two weeks from posting.
The fee
for a feature property listing is $150. The feature property
is limited to a two week run.
All web advertising must be prepaid.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, personal
or business checks.
In order for your ad to appear, we must have all the required
information to make the database searchable and fully functional.
Please make sure to fill in all of the info on our web based advertising
forms.
Antique Homes® reserves the right to edit all copy to conform
to style and length. All advertising is subject to the approval
of the publisher.
All real estate advertising is subject to the Federal Fair Housing
Act of 1988 which makes it illegal to advertise "any preference
limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex,
or national origin, or an intention to make any such preference,
limitation, or discrimination."...This publication will not
knowingly accept any advertising for real estate which is in violation
of the law.
