The Douglas Historical Society operates out of the E.N. Jenckes Store Museum; the store once being the hub of the town. The Jenckes Sisters donated the store to the society in memory of their father. Come on down to the E.N. Jenckes Store Museum; a step IN the door feels like a step BACK in time! The Douglas Historical Society is committed to sharing the history of Douglas with the community.
